The cover is franked with a 10-mark parcel stamp, with a Vladivostok (railway cancellation: Vladivostok Station). On the front of the envelope is a purple round stamp for international correspondence with the letters "D.C." (Approved by the Censor). The letter arrived in Harbin on 17 Dec 1915.
