1923 (23 Aug) FAR EASTERN REPUBLIC Registered international mail, Far Eastern Republic (Chita issue). From Vladivostok to Mochuri Station, Korea, now North Korea. Franked with a pair of 20k stamps and canceled with a Vladivostok postmark. The letter was addressed to a French gold mine. Arrived at the seaport of Seishin, Korea, now Chongjin, North Korea, on September 1, 1923
